Why We Do It This Way

The "we buy houses" industry has a trust problem, and it earned it, lowball tactics, pressure scripts, offers that shrink a week before closing. We built EZ Time to be the company we'd want to deal with ourselves: written offers with the calculation shown, no exploding deadlines, no fees, and a straight answer when a listing would serve you better than our offer.

That last part surprises people. Roughly a third of sellers who contact us are better off listing with an agent, and we tell them so. It costs us deals and wins us something better, sellers who trust the process enough to refer their neighbors, their siblings, and their clients.

• Every closing through a licensed title company or closing attorney: your funds and documents are always handled by a neutral third party
• No fees, ever: our margin is in the deal, not in charges to you
• No pressure, by policy: offers don't expire in 24 hours, and "let me think about it" is a perfectly good answer
• Straight answers about our role: if a vetted local partner of ours will be the closing buyer on your property rather than us directly, you'll know before you sign anything
