Companies That Buy Houses in Indiana: The Full List, Including Us
We buy houses in Indiana, and this page lists the companies we compete with. That is a strange thing for a cash buyer to publish, so here is the deal we are making with you: every competitor below was verified against its live website, every number is either a visible third-party badge or labeled as self-reported, and we do not give ourselves a star rating. Read the evidence, call two or three of us, and compare the written offers. We think ours holds up, and we would rather prove that than hide the alternatives.

They are not Google ratings. EZ Time appears unrated because we do not rate ourselves on our own list. Self-reported figures are identified as such.
Why We Publish a List That Includes Our Competitors
Most "companies that buy houses in Indiana" pages are written by one of two groups: lead resellers who never buy anything, or a single buyer pretending its competitors do not exist. We went a third way. We buy Indiana houses ourselves, so we put our own name at the top, and then we listed the real local buyers you would find anyway if you spent an evening searching. Every company below us was checked against its live website in August 2026. If a number appears in their box, it is either a badge you can see on their site or a claim we labeled self-reported. If we could not verify a company against a working site, it did not make the list.
Why do it this way? Because sellers who compare offers make better decisions, and we win enough of those comparisons to prefer an informed seller over a captive one. You are going to Google our competitors anyway. We would rather you do it with the evidence laid out.
A note on who did not make the cut. National iBuyers were excluded on purpose (more on them below). So were the lead-generation networks that dress up as buyers: sites that collect your address and phone number, then auction your information to whichever investor pays for it. If a site would not tell us who actually signs the purchase agreement, it stayed off the list.
What Makes EZ Time Different: Two Paths, Not One
Here is the honest limitation of every other buyer on this list: they can hand you exactly one thing, a cash number. If that number works for your situation, great, cash buyers exist for a reason. But when the number comes in low, and cash offers often do, your only options with a one-path buyer are to take it or walk away with nothing.
EZ Time is the only company on this page with a second path. If our as-is cash offer does not get you where you need to be, the Retail Buyer Program is built for exactly that seller: we do the work, you pay no commissions or fees, your proceeds are agreed in writing before anything starts, and you end up with more than a typical cash offer, through the same easy process. One form, both numbers, and you pick. No other buyer in Indiana that we evaluated offers anything like it.
The rest of our promises are the boring, checkable kind. Written offers with the math shown, so you can see how we got to the number. Proof of funds in writing whenever you ask. A direct line at (213) 238-6097 that reaches a decision maker, not a call center. Hold us to all of it.
What About iBuyers and Listing With an Agent?
You will notice no national iBuyers on this list. That is deliberate. iBuyers charge service fees that commonly run 5% or more, then deduct repair costs after their inspection, and their buy criteria are strict enough that houses needing real work, the houses most cash-buyer clients actually own, frequently get declined outright. You absorb the fee, the deductions, and the risk of a late-stage price cut.
Listing with an agent has its own math. A 5-6% commission comes off the top, you prep and clean for showings while strangers walk through your house, typical timelines run 60-90+ days from listing to keys, and a financed buyer can fall through at the closing table after you have already packed. For a house in good condition with no deadline pressure, sellers accept those tradeoffs every day. If you are reading a page about cash buyers, you probably already know those tradeoffs are not for you.
Where We Buy in Indiana
EZ Time buys houses across the state, and unlike most of the companies above, our coverage is not anchored to one metro. Our Indiana hub covers the full footprint, and we have dedicated local pages for Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Evansville, South Bend, Lafayette, and Anderson.
That geography matters more than it looks. Several strong buyers on this list are regional: Simple Quarters and Ben Buys Indy Houses are strongest in central Indiana, while Matt Buys Indiana Houses, Home 4 You, and Fast Cash House Offer work the northern half of the state. If your house sits in Evansville, Terre Haute, Bloomington, or a small town between metros, your local options thin out fast. Outside our six featured cities, the same form works anywhere in Indiana: tell us about the property and we will tell you what we can do, usually within a day.
How to Vet Any Cash Buyer, Including Us
Whichever company you call first, run the same checks. Look up the LLC with the Indiana Secretary of State. Read reviews on platforms the company does not control, and note whether the count on their website matches the live profile. Demand a written offer with the math shown, not a number over the phone. Ask for proof of funds in writing; a real cash buyer produces it without flinching. Ask directly whether they intend to close themselves or assign the contract to someone else; assignment is legal, but you deserve to know if the company you are talking to is the company that will actually buy your house. And verify the title company handling closing is a real, independent office you can call yourself.
One more test that separates buyers fast: ask what happens if their number does not work for you. Most will thank you for your time. That is a fine answer, but it is worth knowing before you spend a week on back-and-forth that the offer is take-it-or-leave-it.
Every one of those checks applies to us too, which is the point of publishing them. Our full checklist for spotting legitimate cash buyers and the scams goes deeper, and how cash offers are actually calculated shows you what an honest number looks like before anyone hands you one.
When you are ready to compare, request your offer. One form, two paths, math shown in writing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is EZ Time first on its own list?
Because it is our list and our market, and pretending otherwise would insult you. We put ourselves first, then did two things no ranked-first company usually does: we showed every competitor's checkable evidence right below ours, and we left ourselves unrated, because a star rating we assigned to our own company would be worthless. Compare the written offers and decide for yourself; that comparison is the one we are betting on.
How were the star ratings built?
Each rating is EZ Time's editorial assessment of what a company visibly proves: displayed review counts on platforms it does not control, BBB accreditation and grade, licensing, longevity, published addresses and entity names, and transparency practices. Companies displaying strong third-party evidence rated higher than companies relying on self-reported claims alone. The stars are not Google ratings, and every box shows the underlying evidence so you can re-weigh it.
Are these companies legitimate?
Every company on this list was verified against a live, working website in August 2026, and we excluded national iBuyers, lead-generation networks that resell your contact information without buying anything, and companies we could not verify. That is a floor, not an endorsement: still run the checks in our vetting guide, especially written offers with the math shown and proof of funds in writing, before you sign anything with anyone, including us.
What if the cash offers I get are all too low?
That happens, and with most buyers the conversation ends there. It is the exact situation our Retail Buyer Program exists for: we do the work, you pay no commissions or fees, your proceeds are agreed in writing up front, and you come away with more than a typical cash offer through the same easy process. The same form that gets you our cash offer covers it, so you see both paths before choosing either.
